North Korea's internet consists of a closed domestic network with only approved North Korean websites and only government officials have access to the world wide web. The country is completely closed off from the rest of the world, both physically and virtually, which allows the 'supreme leaders' of the country to create a world filled with propaganda and lies. On the democracy index, which measures the state of democracy, North Korea has a rating of 8 on a scale of 1-100. North Korea is a country unlike almost any other country in the world. ![]()
